We are dreamers. We dream of a generation swept away by the love of God. We dream of passion and love and hope and meaning. We dream of relevance and purpose and faithfulness. We are overcome by the limitless potential of the young to spark fires and stoke flames. We are humbled that we have been blessed to explore, inspire, and help lead young people from the darkness of the self into the light of service, gratitude, and worship.

We are servants. We run programs, lead worship, and educate. We share laughter, tears, joy, pain, sorrow, loss, and exhilaration. We plan, organize, and lead. We do everything in our power to ensure that every young person we meet gets a chance to know and fall in love with our Savior.

But most of all, we are passionate lovers of Jesus Christ. We seek His face in the poor, oppressed, and needy. We pray. We sing. We love. And we want you to know what we have been blessed to know-that you too can live this life. That meaning, purpose, passion, faith, service, joy, and hope are all a part of what it means to be human. We have come to know this love of Christ as an amazing, intoxicating journey, and, more than anything, we want you to come along with us!
